A first visit is an evaluation with the physician, held in the office or by telemedicine for eligible Florida patients. Each visit begins with a diagnosis before any treatment is discussed, and a visit may end with the conclusion that treatment is not appropriate right now. Any treatment is decided afterward and comes with a written plan and cost estimate. No procedure is performed or prepaid at the first evaluation unless agreed in advance. Costs depend on the diagnosis, product, areas, number of visits and follow-up. The initial physician consultation is listed at $97. Patients can pay directly, use a membership allowance, or apply for Cherry financing; Cherry offers 0% APR on some qualifying plans and interest-bearing plans from 5.99% APR for others, and checking eligibility does not require a hard credit check.

The practice's regenerative and pain care addresses knee, hip, shoulder, back, neck, tendon, ligament and neuropathy complaints. Services include diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, joint and trigger-point injections, peripheral nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP and PRF. Some prolotherapy and PRP applications are off-label, and according to the practice the supporting evidence is limited. Stem cell and exosome treatments are reserved for certain patients who have been evaluated and have signed written informed consent. These therapies are investigational and have not received FDA approval for orthopedic, pain, cosmetic, hair or sexual-health purposes. Florida law requires the practice to disclose which stem cell therapies its physician performs. Insurance and Medicare generally do not pay for PRP, stem cell or exosome care used for orthopedic or pain conditions. Epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation and EMG or nerve-conduction testing are not done in the office; these are arranged through coordination or referral to other providers.

Fillers include Juvederm and Restylane, and collagen-stimulating options are Radiesse and Sculptra. Skin care choices include a barrier-first consultation inspired by Korean methods, barrier-first hydration, medical microneedling, PRP or PRF skin rejuvenation, and polynucleotides (Rejuran), which lack FDA approval in the U.S. and require written consent. The annual membership includes a personal treatment roadmap, priority scheduling and an allowance toward eligible aesthetic services. The membership is not an insurance product and promises no specific treatment or result. Payment can be made in full or spread over 12 months.

Medical weight management is available through a monthly program using a compounded GLP-1 medication, which the physician prescribes, monitors and adjusts. Compounded GLP-1 drugs have not received FDA approval, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Hormone replacement options include BHRT and testosterone therapy, supported by lab work and monitoring. The practice also lists hair loss evaluation, sexual wellness and erectile dysfunction evaluation. Telemedicine is offered for new-patient evaluations and follow-up visits for eligible Florida patients.

Evaluation comes before any product: each visit starts with a diagnosis and the least invasive option that fits, and the practice aims to be candid about the evidence behind each option.
