Bridal is a major part of the business. PRIM Bridal, a bridal hair and makeup brand, works in partnership with the salon. Bridal packages include optional airbrush makeup and bridal trials before the wedding is booked. A non-refundable $50 booking fee holds the date. Travel is charged at $40 for locations within 30 minutes of the salon and at $1 per minute of travel per artist for farther destinations. Early starts before 7am and events on holidays each carry a $100 fee, and a $50 repacking and moving fee applies. Bridal services do not include lash extensions or individual lash installations.

Several hair and beauty brands have authorized the salon as a retailer, and it carries shampoo, conditioner, masks, oils, serums, creams, hairsprays, styling tools, face and body products, and gift cards. Stylists may suggest products during appointments. Skin by Leah, a separate provider, works from inside the salon. According to the salon, it holds designation as the Jacksonville Jaguars' official salon and also serves the ROAR of the Jaguars Cheerleaders. The salon describes itself as award-winning.

Booking can be done through the salon's online booking page, and a card on file is required to book any service. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules, cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked services, and clients more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Cash, credit cards and mobile payments are accepted.
