Brow services include a simple brow wax for clean-up or a new shape, brow lamination (which doesn't need a wax alongside it), and a brow bundle that combines lamination, a wax and henna. Eyebrow henna is listed to last four to six weeks on hair and skin, and there is also a henna package for unlimited henna over twelve months.
Facials range from a mini vacial with hot steam, extractions and a hydro jelly mask, to a fuller vacial that adds high-frequency, exfoliation and a rose water calming serum. The vacial must be booked at least 48 hours after a Brazilian or bikini service. Underarm, booty and back facials are also offered.
Bundles combine several services into one visit for occasions and routines, including bridal, prom, a summer bundle, a mommy maintenance bundle and a self-love bundle, several of which take a deposit. Packages lower the per-visit cost: a bikini line package of twelve waxes for the price of ten, a Brazilian package of twelve waxes, and a sweetheart package of two Brazilians. Packages can be applied at checkout after booking as usual.
Monthly memberships include plans for brows, Brazilian waxes and combinations of services, with some requiring a three-month minimum and auto-pay. Members get priority booking and member-only add-on pricing. The studio's own membership page describes the VIP plan as best value for frequent visits. Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours ahead, late cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. All sales are final, though free touch-ups are offered up to five days after a service. Hours are Monday 8 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM to 10 AM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM; Tuesday and Saturday are closed. The About page shows 303 reviews.
