Brow options range from a quick maintenance visit, which begins with a consultation on shape before waxing, to brow mapping, where the start, arch and tail are measured and marked before hair removal. Sugaring is available for brows and many body areas. Facials run from a 45-minute mini facial and a 45-minute back facial to 60-minute brightening and hydrating facials that each take a $20 deposit.

Waxing covers small touch-ups such as lip, underarms and ears up to full legs and full back. The Brazilian wax removes all pubic hair from the front, labia, perineum and backside and can be adjusted to the client's preference. For clients prone to ingrowns or sensitivity, a hybrid that mixes sugar and hard wax is suggested. First-time clients can book a discounted first Brazilian, which can be used once per client. Bronze, Silver and Gold passes bundle several Brazilian waxes at a lower total, in hard wax or sugar hybrid versions, and their credit applies automatically at checkout when booked from the services page.

Bookings are made through the studio's GlossGenius booking site. Cancelling 24 or more hours ahead carries no charge, while a cancellation 12 hours ahead carries a $20 fee. Same-day cancellations are charged half of the scheduled services, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 75 percent. Cancellation fees must be paid before a client can reschedule. Some services take a deposit of $5 to $20, and the studio may waive fees for unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or illness when the client contacts it promptly.

The studio aims for clients to feel relaxed, respected and confident in a comfortable, judgment-free setting, with particular care for first-time waxing clients.
