Waxing is done with a hard or film wax, and soft wax and strips are not used. Hair needs to have grown for at least three weeks before a waxing appointment, since shorter hair cannot be serviced. Full face waxing covers the brows, sideburns, nose, lip, cheeks, and chin, and the brow service includes a trim, wax, and tweezing. Full back waxing includes the shoulders. Brazilian bikini waxing covers the front, the bikini line, and the butt strip, and clients can keep some hair if they prefer. Full bikini waxing covers the front and bikini line but not the butt strip. Full and Brazilian bikini waxing are for clients 18 and older. Bikini services are performed on vaginal anatomy only. Penile genital waxing is not offered, and the studio refers those clients to All About Skin, a salon in Palm Springs. Leg waxing is no longer offered.

The 60-minute spa facial takes about an hour and can be adjusted to a client's skin needs for $80. The studio says the customizable facial suits clients with several skin concerns at once. Clients on certain medications, including skin care medications, antibiotics, blood thinners, and photosensitive medications, cannot be waxed, and clients using topical products such as retinol, benzoyl peroxide, or chemical peels can still be waxed away from the treated area.

Cancellations need a call or text at least 3 hours ahead to avoid a fee. A missed appointment without that notice adds an upfront fee of 40% of the missed service's price to the next booking, and the holiday cancellation or no-show fee is 60%. A new client who misses an appointment without notice will not be scheduled again. Wax packages must be used within 5 months or they are forfeited. Children who need to be accompanied are not permitted at appointments.
