Prospective luxury extension clients start with a free 30-minute consultation covering K-Tips, Microlinks or tape-in extensions. The consultation has to be booked before the consultation intake form is completed.

The luxury silk press is a 30-minute, formaldehyde-free amino acid treatment that the salon describes as chemical-free. It is meant to smooth, detangle, define natural curl pattern and control frizz, with results lasting up to 12 weeks. The $250 service includes a silk wrap or a curly silk press finish and a trim, and at-home products are available on request afterward.

The new-client silk press starts with a 30-minute healthy-hair consultation and includes a luxury shampoo, scalp detox, deep hydration, a precision trim, blow-dry, thermal protection and a straight or soft, body-filled curl finish. Steam hydration, trims, customized cuts, color and other treatments can be added for an extra fee.

Relaxer, roller set and sew-in services round out the menu. Clients getting a relaxer are generally advised to return every 6 to 12 weeks, once they have 2 to 3 inches of new growth. Quickweave appointments can be extended with add-ons such as color or touch-ups, and clients are asked to text when they need extra services so time can be allotted.

Services are built around keeping natural hair healthy, with heat kept low and gentle chemistry such as the formaldehyde-free silk press and a sensitive-scalp relaxer.
