The hard wax is made in the United States, and the studio says it uses no muslin strips or harsh chemicals. It describes its hard wax as aiming to keep discomfort to a minimum.

Services are grouped into body waxing, brow services, face waxing, intimate waxing, and intimate skin facials and treatments. Add-ons include an extended wax, which takes two extra inches off the waxed area, extractions for ingrown hairs or clogged pores, a hydrojelly mask for hydration, and a silent appointment for clients who prefer no conversation. Complimentary high frequency and a 60-second cooling treatment after intimate waxing are also offered. The studio offers memberships, including an Elite Membership, packages and gift cards.

Most services are booked by appointment. Appointments are by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the studio is open Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, closed Sunday and Tuesday, with a staff lunch break from 12 to 1 PM daily. Walk-in availability is limited, so calling ahead is recommended. Booking does not require a deposit, but a card is kept on file. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours in advance, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total. Clients receive automated text reminders before their visit. Waxing during a period is allowed, with a one-time complimentary numbing option for unexpected periods. Staff are commission-based.
