The space is calm and decorated in soothing colors, with a gender-neutral design built around navy and gold accents. Services cover skincare, facials, makeup, waxing, body treatments and group experiences. Same-day appointments carry a $25 squeeze-in fee, and Sunday appointments are booked only on request by calling or texting the technician. Payment is accepted by credit and debit card, PayPal and offline methods.

Glow Social is a private spa party lasting up to 4.5 hours for 6 to 8 guests, with a minimum of 6. It starts at $600. Each guest receives a 30-minute express facial and a complimentary under-eye mask, and optional add-ons include hand paraffin treatments, herbal foot soaks, lip masks, a Glow Up bundle, refreshments and mocktails, decor setup and goodie bags. Reserving the date takes a $200 non-refundable retainer, with the remaining balance due before the event starts. Final guest count and add-ons must be confirmed at least 72 hours ahead. Cancellations within 72 hours carry 50% of the remaining balance, while same-day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows owe the full balance. The experience is flat-rate, so unused spots, late arrivals and missed services are not refunded. Cash is preferred, and electronic payments may carry a processing fee.

Bridal pricing includes individual looks at $35 for a men's touch-up or junior bridesmaid (14 and under), $95 for bridesmaids, grandmothers and mothers or godmothers, and a free flower girl look. A bridal trial is $150. The bridal group rate for a party of six including the bride starts at $950 and includes the bride's trial and a second artist. Travel and miscellaneous fees are not included and may apply. Makeup is also available in-home or on-site from $150, and wedding-day bridal makeup starts at $150 and is reserved for the wedding day itself. For clients who want to learn, a Bring Your Own Makeup session costs $175 and teaches the signature soft glam look, while a kit-option session starts at $250 and includes a full makeup kit.

Monthly memberships come in Essential, Signature and Premier tiers, each offered under a Founding Member version and a standard PPS version. Essential costs $55 per month for Founding Members or $65 for standard members, Signature costs $105 or $120, and Premier costs $180 or $200. Each plan has a one-time enrollment fee, a monthly service credit, a discount on additional services and retail, and rollover of unused credits for up to 3 months. Signature and Premier include priority booking. Founding Member plans are offered as an exclusive, with the enrollment fee covering the first 3 months. A loyalty program awards points for bookings, purchases, signing up, birthdays and following on social media, with 10 points redeemable as a $1 discount.
