Booking requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made inside that window are charged 50% of the service fee, no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full fee, and services are non-refundable. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact their stylist within 7 days of booking to ask for adjustments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
