Appointments are one-on-one. Every booking is a request until Valery confirms it, and confirmations and reminders go out by text and email, though text is optional. The studio address is sent by text and email one hour before the appointment. Guests, including children, are not allowed unless agreed beforehand. No deposit is needed; payment is made in person by cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, a 10-minute grace period applies, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Early appointments from 8:00 to 9:00 AM carry a $15 fee, and evening appointments from 7:00 to 11:00 PM carry a $10 fee. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule, and services are not provided for eye infections, allergies or open wounds around the eye.

Between visits, Deluxe Aftercare is available for $20 and can be requested at the appointment. The business says it uses premium-quality ingredients to clean lashes, help them hold, and remove oil and bacteria. Clients who refer a friend receive $15 toward their next visit once the friend completes a first appointment with the referral code. The website is available in English and Spanish.
