A Custom Set begins with a personal consultation during the appointment. The lash technician styles the extensions to suit the client's eye shape and natural lashes, then applies them with a premium method and gives aftercare instructions. A Custom Set takes about 125 minutes and costs $95.

Refills are for clients who already wear a custom set. Each refill includes a short consultation and replaces the extensions that have shed. Clients should arrive with at least 40% of their extensions still in place; if fewer remain, the visit may need to be booked as a full Custom Set. Bottom Lashes, which define the lower lash line, take 10 minutes and cost $15. Removal uses a professional-grade remover that dissolves the adhesive, takes about 20 minutes and costs $15.

The studio describes its approach as enhancing natural beauty while putting comfort and safety first, with lashes tailored to each client. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule, and additional guests are discouraged unless necessary. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments can be made within 48 hours if a client is not happy with their lashes. No refund or free adjustment is given for poor retention caused by improper aftercare.
