Gel X full sets come in solid color, and the salon says they last three to four weeks with proper care. Gel manicures are said to last up to three weeks. Extensions use a hard gel over a soft gel base, while overlays use a hard structural gel. Nail art is sold in tiers, from Basic Art to All In!, and higher tiers add time to the appointment. The top tier covers custom art such as characters, gems, charms, 3D art and textures, and clients need to send inspiration pictures before booking. Press-on sets are custom-sized and made to order, and they can be mailed, with the timeline arranged during a consultation.
Every service includes cuticle prep and nail plate clean-up. Pedicures range from a basic version with gel polish to a deluxe 90-minute service with a mud mask and massage, and a luxe volcano pedicure that requires a deposit. Clients are offered free snacks, coffee and water, and the salon says it aims to keep the space safe, peaceful and welcoming. Booking rules are firm. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours and no-shows are charged a 50% fee. Several services require a deposit of about $10 to $50, and some deposits apply only to new clients. The salon says prices and policies are applied without exceptions.
