Braiding is the largest part of the menu. Prices cover a range of sizes and styles, from quick two-braid and part-and-start looks to knotless braids, goddess braids and passion or island twists. Many braid prices include a wash, and some include the hair itself. Children's braids are offered for ages 3 to 12.

The business also offers hair services, including trims, detox treatments, washes, color and take downs, as well as loc services such as retwists, invisible locs, starter locs, faux locs and loc take downs. The loc take down includes combing out the locs.

Booking requires a deposit: most services ask for $10 at booking, faux locs ask for $25, and loc take down asks for $100. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee.
