Booking involves a few steps. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book, and new clients pay a $10 deposit for some services. Before the appointment, clients confirm the booking, complete the appointment form and send a photo of their hair. Changes need 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit, a late cancellation or no-show costs 50% of the remaining balance, and there is a 15-minute grace period before a missed appointment is treated as a no-call, no-show. Services are for clients aged 16 and older, and children are not served. Shampoo is not included in the listed service prices. Remaining balances can be paid by cash, card or tap-to-pay, with a 3.5% fee on card payments.
