The lash menu includes full sets in four named styles, from Angel up to Dream Girl, along with fills for clients returning after a few weeks, touch-ups for minor corrections, and lash baths and removal. Makeup ranges from a simple natural look to statement looks with line work and rhinestones.

Fill options depend on how many natural lashes remain. A two-week fill needs at least 40 percent of natural lashes intact; below that, an Extended Fill is required. A three-week fill needs at least 30 percent intact; below that, a full set is required. Touch-ups are available for 7 days after a full set, provided at least 60 percent of lashes are still intact. Lash removal is also offered for clients arriving with foreign lash sets.

Makeup can be tailored with base coverage, a natural or glowy finish, and contour. Special effects and Halloween work, including costume-inspired looks, face paint and prosthetics, is priced by complexity, and a consultation is recommended for detailed or custom designs. Makeup can also be booked off-site for a $40 travel fee plus extra time for setup and prep.

A deposit of $30 per lash set secures an appointment and must be paid within 24 hours of the payment link. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes, or missed appointments without contact, are charged 50 percent of the full service price. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Parking nearby is limited and a metered lot under the highway is not guaranteed, so public transit is recommended and drivers are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes early. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards and a shop are offered through the booking site. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, closed Sunday and Monday.
