Lash services run on Mondays and Saturdays. Options include lash removal, classic, classic YY, hybrid, and volume fills and full sets. The hybrid set blends classic and volume techniques, and the classic YY set gives a wispy, fuller look. A classic fill counts as a full set once three weeks have passed or when fewer than half of the lashes remain.

Booking is by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. A deposit of 30% to 50%, depending on the service, reserves a time and is applied to the total. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service price and forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full price. The business is not kid friendly. Payment is accepted by card, mobile wallet, Venmo, Zelle, cash and AfterPay on qualifying orders. Clients earn a Pretty Rewards stamp with each visit.
