Color correction and hair extension work begin with a consultation. Color correction is quoted after the consult and starts at $125 an hour, and extension services require a consultation before booking. The salon offers Keralink, I-Link, tape-in, weft and hand-tied extensions, and it lists a full head of I-Link and Keralink from $600.
Bridal hair starts at $250 and makeup starts at $185, and bridal packages and special event rates are available on request. Clients receive a text two days before their appointment. Appointments must be confirmed through the online booking within 48 hours of the scheduled time or they are treated as cancelled. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and a no-show may be charged 50% of the appointment price. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early.
Services are final sale and hair services are not refunded. If a client is unhappy with a hair service, they must tell the salon within 7 days of the appointment, and the salon offers a free redo in that window. Products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
Consultations come first for color correction and extension work, and pricing for those services is set after the consult.
