Appointments are grouped into color, cut, and cut-with-color services. Color options include toner, single process, face frame, partial and full highlights, bleach and tone, and balayage, with starting prices from $160 to $450. A haircut is $150, and a cut booked alongside a color service is $95. Clients are asked to wash their hair the day of or the night before, using a clarifying shampoo at least once and a light conditioner, and to skip leave-in products. Arriving with unwashed hair can lead to unexpected color results and longer processing times. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50 percent of the appointment price. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes may mean the booked service cannot be performed, and the cancellation fee applies. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full appointment price. Service sales are final, though a complimentary adjustment appointment is offered if a client is not completely satisfied and asks within 72 hours of the original visit.
