The Healthy Hair Experience is a customized two-hour visit in which the stylist assesses the hair and scalp. It includes a detox cleanse and either a strengthening or a moisture treatment, chosen for each client's hair needs. First-time guests are asked to book this visit before other services. Returning clients have their own options: a welcome-back version for anyone whose last appointment was six months or more ago, and a full service that adds a hydration or protein treatment and a trim.

Extension work covers sew-in installs, sew-in maintenance and natural quick weaves. The undetectable sew-in install leaves some of the natural hair out so it blends with the extensions. Maintenance visits include a cleanse, a conditioning treatment, drying of the braid foundation and minor tightening.

For clients planning a move to blonde, a 15-minute consultation covers goals, hair condition and a color plan, and its $25 deposit goes toward the service. Gift cards are sold in $50 and $100 amounts, are valid for 365 days from purchase and can be used on any service.
