The studio sells Virgin One Donor hair imported from India. Each bundle is double drawn from a single donor, cut in one direction with cuticles intact, and cleaned before it is wefted. The business says this makes its hair more uniform than mixed-donor hair on the market, and it describes its raw hair as unprocessed virgin hair that does not shed or shrink after washing. Bundles come in natural 1b and can be custom colored on request. Other lines include Body Wave, curly, deep wave, loose wave, ocean wave, straight and blonde bundles, plus frontals, closures and custom wigs. Clients can have hair supplied by the salon or bring their own, and those bringing hair are asked to share length and texture when booking. Quick weaves, sew-ins, tape-ins, microlinks and wig installs make up the core menu, and longer services such as mermaid locs and miracle knots are also offered. Appointments are booked through StyleSeat with a deposit that is non-refundable. Canceling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and charges the difference between the deposit and half the service price, and a no-show is charged the full service price. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Online orders are paid through PayPal, hair can also be bought in person with cash, and online orders ship by USPS or DHL, typically within 5 to 7 business days. Returns are accepted for exchange within three days of receipt if the hair has not been worn, but refunds are not offered.
