Premiere Beauty Suites & Cafe

Premiere Beauty Suites & Cafe is a suite-based workspace for independent beauty professionals, operating from two locations in Florida: Orlando and Lauderhill. Each suite is rented to a single professional who runs their own business inside the facility. Renters set their own prices, sell their own products and keep their earnings, since there are no commission splits.

Suites come fully furnished with professional-grade equipment, lighting, a styling chair, a mirror and storage, and renters have 24/7 access to their own space. There are four suite sizes, from a 100 square foot Comfort Suite to a 230 square foot VIP Suite with a dedicated waiting area and all-inclusive amenities. Pricing is provided on request, and availability is confirmed during an introduction call. Leases run monthly or annually, and applicants are told to expect an answer within 48 hours of applying.

The space is rented to hairstylists, barbers, tattoo artists, nail technicians, hair extension and replacement specialists, color experts, keratin treatment professionals, makeup artists, estheticians and microblading specialists. Rentals are limited to licensed beauty professionals, including lash technicians. For people who do not want a long-term commitment, daily rentals include a day pass with Wi-Fi, utilities and access to the café lounge.

Shared amenities include Sip & Style Café, a food and beverage option, along with Wi-Fi and parking. A podcast studio is also available for use. Hands-on classes are planned but not yet offered.

Suites are run as independent businesses, with renters keeping full control of pricing, products and earnings.
