The practice says it offers only modalities it considers safe and effective based on science. Its surgical menu covers the face, breast and body, including face lifts, eyelid lifts, brow lifts, rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, breast augmentation and lifts, and abdominoplasty. Nonsurgical treatments include customized Botox, dermal fillers, intense pulsed light and full face resurfacing lasers, radiofrequency microneedling, microneedling with the patient's own nanofat, and medical grade skincare with regimen consultations.

Membership is a central part of the practice. Preserve includes unlimited Botox to the upper face, three BBL treatments, three Moxi laser treatments, an annual consultation with Dr. Chang, kids flying free with complimentary laceration management, 20 percent off products and services, and 10 percent preferred collector pricing on art. Restore builds on Preserve with one more BBL treatment, one more Moxi treatment and four skin tightening treatments with Scarlet Radiofrequency Microneedling. Prospective members are asked to book a consultation first to see whether membership is a good fit.

The practice is cash pay and does not bill insurance directly, though it can provide information for a superbill on request. It is open Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

The Prae Servare Gallery shows work by artists based in Los Angeles. The selection rotates, with new work introduced each quarter, and an artist talk is held with each featured artist when an exhibition opens. The current featured artist is Brian Lotti, a Los Angeles painter born in 1972 who holds a BA from San Francisco State University and whose work has been collected in the US, Europe and Japan.

The practice works in aesthetic medicine under plastic surgeon oversight and says it limits its treatments to modalities it considers safe and effective based on science.
