About
Victor Chang MD is the founder and plastic surgeon behind Prae Servare, and he practices from Pasadena. He earned an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University with departmental honors, a STAR Research Grant, and Dean's List recognition, then his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago, graduating cum laude with honors in research and receiving the Neiswanger, Rotondi and Dean's scholarships.
He completed the integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, where he served as Chief Resident and received a Top Inservice Score. He then spent six years building surgical skill while operating alongside and learning from established plastic surgeons.
His practice focuses on aesthetic surgery and aesthetic medicine, with particular attention to facial anatomy procedures such as the endoscopic midface lift, deep neck lift, sliding genioplasty and preservation rhinoplasty. He serves as a reviewer and has been on the editorial board of the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, has contributed peer-reviewed articles to journals including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Annals of Surgery, Surgery and the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, and has been invited to speak at regional and national conferences.
