Practically Perfect Aesthetics is owned and operated by two nurse practitioners, Kathy Toto and Lauren Williams, who practice in North Dallas. The practice is built around the idea that every person is already worth caring for as they are, and the aim is a more youthful appearance that fits each client's budget.
New clients begin with a complimentary consultation to talk through the services and products available and to work out which options suit them. Treatments are tailored to each client's needs. For Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers, the practice starts with smaller amounts and adds more only as far as the client is comfortable. Payment plans are available.
Botox and Dysport are used to soften wrinkles that develop from repeated muscle movement. Botox results begin to show within three to four days and build to full effect over two to four weeks, typically lasting three to four months. Dysport results begin within one to three days and peak between one and four weeks, with a similar typical duration. Dosing depends on the treated area and differs from person to person, and men typically need higher doses of Botox and Dysport than women.
Dermal fillers are used to correct facial creases and folds and to restore volume by replacing hyaluronic acid. They are placed under the skin after a topical anesthetic, and most contain lidocaine. The practice carries several filler lines, including Juvederm, Restylane and Volbella, each suited to different areas and lasting different lengths of time. Skin concerns are addressed with SkinPen microchanneling and chemical peels, which range from light to deep and can be used on the face or on the feet for thick calluses.
Skinvive by Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable used for skin smoothness, hydration and texture, and the practice describes it as the first and only product of its kind for improving skin smoothness. Kybella is also offered in the injectables group. The practice sells Revision Products and SkinMedica skincare.
Uses a non-surgical approach to smooth the skin and soften facial wrinkles and folds, with each treatment planned around the individual client. The practice says it follows high standards of quality and precision and offers only procedures and products it describes as clinically proven.
