Power of Polish was started by co-founders Meghan Ostler and Monique Ostler. Meghan leads the nail art and gel work, and Monique leads the pedicure and foot wellness side of the salon.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It operates mainly by appointment, with only limited walk-ins. Clients can book online, by phone, or by Instagram direct message, and can also reach the salon by email at popnailsalon@gmail.com.

The menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures and enhancements and add-ons. Manicures range from a basic essential service with a hydrating massage to structured gel manicures, gel re-balances and custom-sculpted full sets. Pedicures include the Wellness Pedicure with cuticle work, exfoliation and a massage, a First Steps package that begins with a new client foot assessment, gel toes and a toenail restoration service for damaged or problematic nails.

Clients may bring photos or ideas for custom nail designs, and the salon's artists create hand-painted art to suit. Products are cruelty-free and professional-grade, and the pedicure services use the Footlogix foot care line.

Policies are set out in advance: changes need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked service before add-ons, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Clients are asked to put personal devices away during services.

Each visit is shaped around the client's style, hands and lifestyle, using cruelty-free, professional-grade products. Foot care is given with a focus on skill, thoughtfulness and continuing education.
