The salon is on the second floor at 207 Newbury Street, Suite 204, as part of The Salons @ Area 207, and shares the address with Ivy Lane Gallery. Visitors use the door marked 205 to 207 and reach the second floor by stairs or by the elevator on the right; street-level elevator access runs through Alley 433. Clients wait in a shared waiting room until a text invites them into the salon. That room has two gender-neutral restrooms and a changing room.

The studio is tranquil and has two chairs. The salon describes its feel as warm and inclusive, says it is a safe space, and asks anyone who makes staff or guests uncomfortable to leave.

Haircut prices include a blowdry, while color services do not. Prices may vary depending on the products used and the length and thickness of the hair. Color services are listed from $55 for a gloss or toner up to $325 for full balayage or full highlights. Keratin smoothing is listed at $375.
