Pricing is à la carte. Prices depend on hair length and texture and on the education level of the stylist, and a trial of any style costs the same as the full service. Color and highlights and balayage are priced after a consultation, and new color and highlight clients and anyone interested in extensions need an in-salon consultation first. Some other services also begin with a consultation before an appointment is booked.

The team is led by owner and stylist Lisa and includes stylists and a colorist. The salon says its staff is extensively trained and keeps up with ongoing education. An in-store Product Bar stocks professional haircare, and clients can ask their stylist about products or shop professional lines by scanning a QR code for delivery.

Payment is by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or cash; checks are not accepted, and card payments carry a 3% fee. Gratuities must be given in cash, and an ATM is on-site. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations incur a $25 fee. Redo requests must be made within 7 days of the appointment and apply only to the original service; a different look is a new, charged service. Retail products can be exchanged for other retail products, but cash and card refunds are not given.
