Staff are trained to follow strict sanitation standards. Implements, equipment and electrical instruments are cleaned, then sanitized and disinfected before they are used again. Buffers and files are single-use and discarded after one use, and every pedicure is performed with liner protection.

The pedicure menu ranges from a basic 30-minute service with a foot soak, nail reshaping, cuticle care, exfoliating scrub, massage and a polish of your choice, up to the Vegan Spa Pedicure, which uses a sea salt soak, sugar scrub and a vitamin C mud masque in steamed towels. Deluxe and reflexology pedicures build on the spa version with callus treatment, a paraffin dip or a longer massage. Gel pedicures use gel polish that dries before you leave.

Dipping powder is a thin layer of colored powder applied over natural nails and air dried without UV light. The salon says it can help nails resist breaking or chipping for about two weeks. Its formula includes calcium and vitamins A, E, D3 and B5. Nail enhancements include acrylic full sets and fill-ins, with regular and gel options, along with Gel X tips, French and ombre designs, special shapes and length add-ons. Eyelash extensions are offered as individual, cluster and volume sets, with two- and three-week fills, and waxing covers the face, body and limbs.

Visit details: the salon is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm. A $3 service fee applies per customer per visit. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, with requested technicians not always available. Services are non-refundable, but the salon offers to fix an unsatisfactory service. Any service can be redone if a quality problem is reported right after the visit, though this does not cover a change of service or color. Gel, dipping powder and Gel X services are guaranteed for seven days, and the salon will arrange a fix if they chip within that time.
