Extensions are a major part of the menu, with hand-tied and tape-in installs, move-ups, removals and consultations. Hand-tied extension clients have a free consultation before their first install. Move-ups are generally needed every six to eight weeks, though timing varies by client, and bead move-ups must be booked within three weeks of the last full move-up.

Appointments are booked online through Glossgenius. The business is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and cannot be refunded once sold.
