Services are grouped into blonding and highlights, root and all-over color, extensions, haircuts and blowouts, and updo and makeup for events and bridal trials. Highlights come in traditional, teasylight and lived-in styles, in mini, partial and full sizes. Glaze, toner and gloss services sit under the root and all-over color group.

The first step for a new client can be a free 15-minute sit-down consult to talk through color, extensions, or event hair and makeup. The studio's portfolio includes wedding hair and makeup, teasylight highlights, balayage, extensions and dimensional brunette color.

Appointments are confirmed by text and email 48 to 72 hours ahead. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged a 50% fee. A no-show requires payment of the full scheduled service before another booking, and a second no-show means future booking is not possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled. Color or cut adjustments are complimentary when requested within 7 days of a service; later requests are charged at regular pricing.

Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Decisions start with the condition of the hair, and the aim is results that hold up over time rather than trend-led changes that strain it.
