Booking terms are clear. A deposit is required for every service, is nonrefundable, and is credited toward the appointment; it can be moved once when rescheduling, as long as the new date is booked within 30 days of the original. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee, and shorter notice means paying half the reserved services. No-shows are charged the full booked service. Clients running 10 or more minutes late should contact their stylist directly, since late arrivals may not receive every service. Children cannot accompany clients during services. Shampoo is included, and payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and card, with a 3% fee on card payments.

Consultations come first: chemical services are decided after a conversation with the stylist, and clients worried about reactions can request a patch test.
