The salon describes itself as offering a unique experience with a range of services under one roof.

Services are by appointment only. Clients can start with a free consultation with no commitment, which is a good way to talk through what will suit their hair and daily routine before booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows, but rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead moves the deposit to a future booking. The salon follows a strict cleanliness and sanitation protocol.

Haircuts range from a custom dry cut to a cut with shampoo, blowout and style. Color work includes full single-process color, glossing and toner, base and root retouches, mini and partial or full dimensional highlights, balayage add-ons, and color correction. Brow shaping uses the Nufree wax system, and facial hair waxing is offered by area. Keratin treatments, K18 treatments and deep and clarifying treatments are also available.

The salon offers weddings, prom and graduation styling, both in salon and on location for weddings, photography and film. On-location pricing is quoted individually. Makeup application is available, with an in-salon natural look starting at $65.

A loyalty program gives 10% off a reward after 5 visits. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $10, $20, $25 and $55 amounts, or a custom amount. The online shop lists hair care and styling products from brands including ColorWow, K18, Zenagen, Hot Tools and BioElements.

Works one client at a time in a private setting, with appointments only and a strict sanitation routine.
