A visit starts with a pedicure soak in a vessel sink, since the salon does not use jet tubs. Each workstation has ventilation, which the salon says keeps odors out of the room. Guests can choose from a seasonal selection of complimentary teas, espresso, reverse osmosis water, prosecco and organic wine, and can use private lockers, wireless chargers, blankets and pillows. Guests who arrive without open-toe shoes can buy reusable flip flops for $5.

Implements are cleaned in an ultrasonic unit and then soaked in timed disinfectant. The salon uses Eco Fin coconut wax for hand and foot treatments, which it describes as free of petroleum by-products, synthetic fragrances and dyes. It does not offer acrylic or dip nails, and does not remove them, so guests with those need to have them removed elsewhere before their appointment.

Group visits are planned through a free 30-minute party consultation with Guest Services, which covers a shop tour, catering, decor, requests and scheduling. Party packages include beverage service, warm neck wraps, a personal concierge and room for snacks and decorations. Ten percent off party rates applies to morning bookings Monday through Wednesday. The team completes training and certification with Elim CA and BioSculpture USA, and the salon says it supports ongoing education for its staff.
