Injections at the practice are performed by an advanced practice registered nurse.

Treatments are planned around each client's goals and budget. New patients booking a Restylane appointment are scheduled for 60 minutes, and the injection itself takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Consultations are booked online for $100, paid at the appointment and applied only toward ZO Skin Health products. Appointments are by appointment only, with weekday hours from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The menu covers wrinkle relaxers using Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, and dermal fillers from the JUVÉDERM and Restylane lines for the cheeks, lips, nasolabial and marionette folds, tear trough, temples and jawline. Sculptra is sold in packages of two, four, six or eight vials. Laser options include Forever Young BBL for age spots, freckles, redness and small blood vessels, which the site notes is not ideal for darker or tanned skin, and Forever Clear BBL for acne, acne scars, oily skin and enlarged pores. MOXI, a non-ablative fractionated laser with low to no downtime, usually takes three to four corrective treatments. Laser hair removal usually takes six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart.

The wellness menu includes vitamin shots from $20, B12, glutathione, NAD+, and Lipo/B12 and Super Lipo/B12 shots. Some vitamin shots require a consultation and labwork before the first injection. The Skinny Shot is a once-weekly semaglutide treatment for weight management, which starts with a consultation with a nurse practitioner and requires lab results and before photos.

The free ALLE and Aspire rewards program earns points for services and products, including Latisse, BOTOX, Juvéderm, Dysport and Restylane, and points can be redeemed for dollars off those items. Clients can use CareCredit for out-of-pocket costs, and gift cards are sold.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual client and planned around their goals and budget, with the aim of a natural-looking result.
