Each visit to the Polished Custom Facial ($150, 90 minutes) opens with a skin analysis and consultation. From there, the session can be built from a mix of methods: dermaplaning, two kinds of microdermabrasion, carboxy therapy, high-frequency and vacuum treatments, enzyme or chemical peels, targeted masks, extractions, LED light and hydration. The facial is designed to work on acne, uneven pigmentation, rough texture, clogged pores, dryness, dullness and early signs of aging. For a shorter visit, the Polished Glow Facial takes 60 minutes at $99. The Polished Express Maintenance Facial costs $65 and is aimed at clients whose skin is already in good condition. The men's custom deep cleanse, also $150, starts with a skin analysis.
Brow lamination and wax costs $90 and takes 60 minutes in three steps, with a brow stain recommended unless brows are naturally thick. Results last 6 to 8 weeks with aftercare. Clients must stop retinol, tretinoin, active exfoliants, benzoyl peroxide and acne products 7 days beforehand, and the treatment is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or nursing. Eyebrow wax and tint costs $50 for 45 minutes, with a personalized tint shade that lasts 7 to 14 days.
Most services require a $25 deposit to book, and deposits are non-refundable. Clients who cancel without advance notice or do not show up are charged half the service price to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 12 PM to 6:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 12 PM to 6:30 PM and Saturday 12 PM to 6 PM, with the business closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
Custom facials are built after a skin analysis and consultation, while express options cover simpler routine upkeep.
