Booking requires a credit card and a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure the next appointment. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice; shorter notice can incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service, and a missed appointment is charged the full cost of the booked service. Repeated missed appointments without ample notice result in the full value of the missed services being charged to the card on file. Guests are asked to arrange childcare elsewhere during their visit. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, debit card, Venmo and Zelle, and gratuity is not included in listed service fees.
