Manicures and pedicures include filing, trimming, shaping, cuticle care and long-lasting color. A gel manicure starts at $45 and takes about 60 minutes or more. The Spa Structure Gel Manicure is $75 and runs about 140 minutes. Pedicures start at $58 and include soaking, trimming and exfoliating along with long-lasting color. Add-ons include paraffin treatment ($20, about 15 minutes) and a separate cuticle care service ($50, about 10 minutes). Art packages add a custom design to a set for $15.

For toenail concerns, the salon offers ingrown toenail removal for $25 and about 25 minutes, and Onyfix ingrown correction, a non-surgical treatment aimed at retracting toenail regrowth, starting at $75. Additional Onyfix bands are $35 and take about 30 minutes, for clients who need more than one. Product removal starts at $15 for clients removing old enhancements, and a nail fix service handles repairs and touch-ups in about 30 minutes.

Groupon gel manicures and express pedicures are available to clients who bought a Groupon, with limits of two purchases per lifetime and one Groupon per service per appointment per day. The Spa Structure Gel Manicure cannot be combined with Groupon coupons. Product removal carries a fee when the enhancement was not previously completed at Polished Aesthetics. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 2 PM to 6 PM, Thursday 2 PM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. A 35% cancellation fee applies to no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment.
