Hair services cover cutting, color, styling, treatments, and extensions. Each client books with their own stylist or requests one through the website's contact form. Listed prices are base prices, and the final cost varies between stylists and is discussed before the appointment. Extensions and Brazilian blowouts are priced after a consultation, and extensions come in hand-tied, beaded, tape-in, and sew-in styles.

On the skin side, the basic facial includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, a face massage, and a custom mask, and a mini cryo facial takes 30 to 45 minutes.

Tanning is available Tuesday through Friday and on Saturday, by appointment only. Options include spray tans, organic airbrush tans, tan packs, a first-time tan, a school-rate tan and membership for high school students who show a school ID, and monthly memberships with two, three, or unlimited tans. Finishing powder and scent are available on request.

Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, except in cases of illness, and a fee may be charged at the stylist's discretion for shorter notice. Clients who are actively ill or have symptoms are asked to rebook. Current clients get a complimentary bang trim when booking with their regular stylist, and new clients can book a bang trim with any stylist.
