Patrick O'Hara's Services is still listed as its own menu, with cuts, color and extensions priced separately.

The salon's stated goal is hair that feels natural, modern and effortless, whether the change is subtle or more defined. Services are grouped into Hair Services and Patrick O'Hara's Services. Together they cover cutting, blowouts and styling, single-process color, highlights, balayage, ombre, color correction, keratin and Cezanne treatments, Japanese straightening and extensions.

A first visit can begin with a complimentary consultation to talk through which treatments and services suit the hair. Prices start at $30 for blow drying, $65 for haircuts and $150 for balayage, with extensions and Japanese straightening priced by calling the salon. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday unless booked by appointment.

Retail includes Kérastase Paris, where the salon is an approved Kérastase Ambassador Partner, along with Shu Uemura and the salon's own HAIRAPY line, which is sold only at POET. Gift cards in $100, $200, $300 and $500 amounts are bought directly through the salon. Modern Luxury Dallas included the salon in its list of the four best hair salons in Dallas.
