Haircut services are split into short and medium-to-long lengths, and there is a separate junior cut for clients 12 and under. Color work covers single-process retouches and full-head applications, gray blending, and several highlight options from partline highlights up to full highlights. Facial waxing is also offered.
A consultation is available at no charge and lasts about 15 minutes, which is a good way to talk through a plan before booking a longer service. Crisping is also offered at no charge.
The salon charges a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so the visit can be rescheduled.
