The salon describes its approach as combining technical training with creativity, artistry and hospitality. Its stated aim is for clients to leave feeling refreshed, informed, confident and well put together. Stylists take part in annual in-salon education and ongoing online training.

The space has natural light, live plants, roomy stations and freestanding shampoo bowls, with premium finishes throughout. Men's and women's haircuts include a beverage, a consultation and a scalp massage, and the women's cut and blow dry adds a styling lesson and a welcome gift for new guests.

Color is a major part of the menu, from glossing and face frame or full balayage to traditional foils, all-over color and regrowth applications. Skincare includes a Vitamin C treatment, a Plant Peel that the salon says works like a 30% glycolic peel without the usual redness and irritation, and customized luxury and men's facials.
