Waxing is done with hard wax. The Brazilian wax is $75, with hair ideally at least a quarter inch long, and a full face wax is $65 and takes about 25 minutes. Full leg waxing is $85 and takes about 30 minutes, and smaller areas such as lips, brows, cheeks and toes are priced individually. Each service on the booking site has a description available through an information icon. If an area is missed during a service, a complimentary touch-up is offered when it is booked and completed within 5 days of the original appointment. Multi-visit Plush Pass packages for brows, underarms, full arms and Brazilian waxing run for 3, 6 or 9 months, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.
On the hair side, services include women's and men's haircuts from $65, a children's haircut for ages 5 to 12 at $55, and a range of styling from blowouts to roller sets and a Plush silk press. Treatments include a clarifying reset, a protein revival and extended detangling. Color options cover single process, partial highlights, full custom color, gloss and corrective removal of box dye. Extensions can be installed as tape-ins or quickweave ponytails, with custom coloring for extensions available. A Qiqi straightening treatment is offered, which the salon says is formaldehyde-free and lasts up to 4 to 6 months with proper care. A free hair consultation of about 30 minutes is available to discuss hair health, the desired look and upkeep.
Visits are booked online, and requests before 9 AM or after 9 PM carry a $50 non-refundable fee paid at booking on top of the service total. Deposits range from $5 to $200 depending on the service and are applied to the total, with the balance paid in person after the appointment. Clients can cancel or reschedule by text or phone at least 24 hours ahead, and cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and the full scheduled amount is charged, unless the appointment can be moved to later the same day. For services using extensions bought or provided by the salon, the extension cost is due upfront and is nonrefundable once purchased. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and credit card, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $200, $300 or custom amounts and are final sale.
