The facial menu ranges from a 45-minute dermaplaning session to a 90-minute back facial. Holistic facials are customized and pair a long facial massage with a mask, a head, neck, leg or hand massage, and finishing moisturizer, eye cream and lip balm. Deep cleansing options use extractions and enzyme or chemical peels, and a discounted version is offered for teenagers. Anti-aging and sculpting facials add enzyme exfoliation, sculpting massage, an optional buccal massage and a peptide mask.

Eyebrow services include brow lamination, which takes about 90 minutes and can be done with waxing and tinting. Brow wax, brow tint and lash tint are add-ons that can only be booked alongside a facial, and they can also be added to a face sculpting and buccal massage session.

Booking is by phone or text at (615) 572-3875, and eyebrow clients may text to book. Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours ahead or they are canceled automatically. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged the full booked price. Gift cards are available. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 10:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. Several facial listings state conditions that rule out booking, and clients are asked to read them before booking.

Facials are customized to the client, with a mix of massage, exfoliation and masks chosen for each visit.
