Visits run on a booked schedule. Walk-ins are not accepted, and guests are not allowed in the suite. Clients get a 15-minute grace period, and later arrivals may be treated as no-shows. Appointments should be changed as early as possible and rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. A cancellation fee of 50 percent of the appointment total applies to no-shows and late cancellations, and late reschedules add a fee to the next visit. The suite is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 5:30 PM; it is closed Sundays except every other Sunday.
