Platinum Wellness Spa describes itself as a full-service spa in Conyers, east of Atlanta, and organizes its offerings into beauty and aesthetics, med spa and body, wellness and recovery, and hydrotherapy and detox. Guests can book a single service, a themed package or a day of amenities, and the spa also offers memberships for regular visits.
The spa's amenity options center on a relaxing day. The Platinum Day Pass gives access to a steam sauna, an indoor and outdoor zen area, an oxygen bar, a jacuzzi room, and a loveseat deck overlooking a koi pond, with a robe, slippers and complimentary wine or champagne. Wellness amenities can be added to any spa service for $50 or booked on their own starting at $95. Hydrotherapy includes a Vichy shower, infrared sauna sessions, and an oxygen bar using aromatherapy-infused pure oxygen, which can be added to any service for $15. IV hydration is offered with customized infusions named Energy Boost, Immunity, Skin Glow and Recovery.
Beauty services include skin care and facials (chic, dermaplane, posh, luxe and platinum), a rejuvenating back treatment, luxury manicures and pedicures, acrylics, gel and nail art, lash lifts and full extension sets, and professional makeup for bridal, special events, photoshoots, and prom and formal occasions. The med spa side offers microneedling with hyaluronic acid, exosome, PRP or PDRN, and consultations for Botox and neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and hair loss restoration. Body sculpting is described as non-invasive contouring, and cryo therapy is described by the spa as using heat and cold for fat loss and skin tightening. Massage therapy covers Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, reflexology, sports, Thai, stretch, and Fire & Ice massage, and the spa states its massage therapists are licensed. Chiropractic visits include initial consultations, adjustments and follow-ups, and red light therapy includes Invisa-RED sessions.
Private events are a large part of the business. Birthday and bridal packages are priced per person, and a party of five or more booking includes a free birthday guest with ID. Spa buyouts, meal options and entertainment such as DJ and live music are also available, and groups of more than 12 are guided to customized private event options. Booking is by appointment only, with a minimum 50 percent deposit, rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice, and a full-price charge for no-shows. Guests are asked to arrive 20 to 30 minutes early. The spa does not bill insurance or Medicare, accepts major cards, gift cards and approved financing, and says many services may qualify for HSA or FSA payment.
Platinum Wellness Spa combines beauty, med spa, body, chiropractic and water-based treatments in one location, so a visit can cover several needs. Some treatments can be adapted for pregnancy when guests mention it at booking.
The grounds include indoor and outdoor zen areas, a jacuzzi room, and a deck overlooking a koi pond.
