Manicures and pedicures come in named tiers, from entry-level options to multi-step treatments. Pedicures include nail shaping, cuticle trimming, buffing and a polish of choice. Higher tiers add treatments such as CBD or collagen soaks and masks, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, callus treatment, and foot or neck massage. Gel manicures and dipping powder are offered in several finishes, including French, American and ombre, with nail enhancements such as acrylic sets and fills, Gel X and hybrid gel sets. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini area, and lash fills and full sets are also offered.
Booking in advance is recommended, though walk-ins are welcome. Lash sets require a credit card on file, and lash cancellations or changes need two hours' notice or half the service price is charged. Group parties of five or more have no minimum service requirement and no location fee, but a 20% deposit and a 20% gratuity apply. Complimentary soft drinks and wine are offered, and gift cards are sold. The salon does not offer refunds on services rendered, does not accept checks and does not allow pets.
The salon says it uses high-quality products and current technology while aiming to protect the health of clients' nails and skin. It names sanitation and sterilization as a first priority.
