Coloring and extension clients go through a set sequence: for color, a consultation followed by a custom formulation and then application; for extensions, a consultation, custom color matching and ordering, and then professional application. Balayage is painted freehand by hand rather than placed with foils or caps, and ombre is among the coloring techniques offered. Extension application typically takes one to three hours.

Extension types include individual keratin extensions bonded with a keratin fusion technique, micro-bead weft extensions that use medical-grade micro-beads lined with silicone, and ghost extensions. Extension removal is also offered. Keratin lock and keratin complex smoothing treatments are available, and hair treatments generally take no longer than 1.5 hours. Waxing for eyebrows and upper lip can be added to other services, using a hypoallergenic wax.
