The salon is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM and is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Bookings go through the salon's GlossGenius page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for appointments from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. New clients pay a $15 deposit for most services, or $10 for enhancement removal. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and no-shows incur a 50% fee, and clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late have their card on file charged.

Manicures and pedicures range from a basic service at $40 and $45 to spa versions with gel polish, sugar scrub, cuticle oil and warm towels. The luxury manicure and pedicure take at least 105 minutes and use a choice of Noble Diamond or Imperial 24K Gold spa products, with an optional hot oil soak at no extra charge. Gel and acrylic sets and fills are offered as full sets, fills, GelX sets and a bare GelX option using a thin Apres tip. Enhancement removal is available from $20.

Nail art is priced in tiers. Tier 1 adds simple options such as stickers, chrome, ombré and swirls. Tier 2 covers several designs on each hand or solid-color French tips, such as simple florals, checkerboards and isolated chrome. Tier 3 is hand-painted work, including character portraits, logos and lettering, priced per nail. Felix sketches designs ahead of time in Procreate.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and sales are final. The Treat Yo' Self package covers a full day of services for $100. The Bridal package at $400 includes trial nail extensions in different materials, with one set before the wedding included at no charge. The Bachelorette package at $450 combines manicure services with two bottles of wine for an at-home party. Existing package holders book through the Services page, and their credits apply automatically at checkout.
