A color or cut visit starts with a consultation with your stylist. Color appointments include a scalp massage, shampoo and blow-out, and cut appointments include a scalp massage, shampoo, a customized haircut and blow-out. New clients meet their stylist to talk through the day's services and plan future visits, and the color formula is recorded so later appointments can match. A follow-up call comes within a week of the first visit. New client pricing covers a longer consultation, hair analysis and planning, so it differs from the regular menu.

Head spa treatments focus on scalp and hair health and are designed to relax and restore. The three treatments range from a detoxifying option to a longer nourishing ritual that adds a royal jelly scalp treatment and extended massage. Add-ons such as the Malibu treatment, which addresses buildup from minerals, chlorine and other impurities, and the NaturalTech Tailoring Treatment, which is used alongside an existing service, are also available.

Booking guidelines: cancellations need 48 hours' notice. A second last-minute cancellation within 48 hours is charged $25 per service booked. If the salon cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, each booked service is discounted $25 on the next visit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services modified or rescheduled.
