Services fall into color, cuts, styling and waxing extras. Color includes gloss and shine treatments, mini, partial and full highlights, all over color, retouches, balayage and ombre, plus fashion colors and color corrections, which are priced after a consultation. Cuts cover kids, youth, teen, men's and women's haircuts. Styling includes blow dries, curls and special-occasion updos, and the extras include brow, lip, chin and facial waxing along with bang trims and eyebrow tint.
Prices are starting prices and can change with the amount of hair or product used. Color is charged by the amount of product, and extra product mixed during a service appears as x-bowl charges on the final ticket. Some appointments may need more product, which the stylist determines at checkout. Ombre and balayage are booked for three hours or more depending on hair length, and a hot tool charge applies at the end of a service.
Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 7pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday. Hours can shift with appointments, weather or town events, and appointments can be set outside those hours. Clients can book online or by phone, and a credit card is required to hold a reservation. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the booked service, and a no-show is charged in full. Card payments carry a 2% processing fee and a 1% administration fee applies to all services, though neither applies to gratuities. Services are not refunded because the salon corrects concerns instead, products can be exchanged, and gift card sales are final. Clients receive text reminders five days and one day before, unless they opt out.
Pairs a customized plan for each client with ongoing education, as stylists are encouraged to take two continuing education classes each year.
